We have one of the most experienced teams of professionals in Indonesia, with many members having more than twenty years of experience.

Working together is vital to what we do and how we do it, but we also encourage people to be themselves to express their individuality which provides clients with a broader set of perspectives, experiences, ideas and capabilities.

To enhance people development, we:

• Conduct formal in-house training courses
• Sponsor attendance at training courses and conference conducted by professional bodies in Indonesia and overseas as well as by KPMG on an international and regional basis
• Participate in staff exchanges and secondments with other KPMG member firms.

Over 30 partners and directors are supported by over 550 professional staff. The principal languages used in our work are English and Indonesian; however, our staff includes professionals who are also fluent in written and spoken Japanese and Mandarin, as well as several Indonesian and Chinese dialects.

The partners, directors and professional staff include professionals from Australia, Japan, Malaysia, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. Some professionals also hold specialist and advanced degrees in economics and finance.

Our partners, directors and staff take active roles part in the affairs of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants and also sit on its various committees.

Our policy is to recruit only highly motivated and committed people to join our professional teams. You should meet the following criteria to be a suitable candidate for consideration:

• You hold one or more degrees with an outstanding academic record, majoring in one or more relevant subjects (eg, Accounting, Finance, Technology, etc) from a reputable university
• You are proficient in English (both oral and writing)
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You are proactive and career-oriented by nature
• You are proficient in the use of standard business software

Relevant professional certifications would be a significant advantage.
